For about a week now when I log in to my.porsche.com the dark gray section at the top that shows the current order stage for my GT3 just sits in an empty placeholder state for about 10 seconds before disappearing entirely. Anyone else running into this?

 

Ditto. It's dead. I use the email link and it works fine. My car comes to port tomorrow so fortunately it's at the end of the TYD usage for me.

Which makes me wonder, how long does TYD work after the car arrives to the dealership?

 

TYD has not worked for me for over a week. I don't have an email link that allow me to access it. We have emailed Porsche to get a link sent but no response yet.

Same here. Only link works via email.

 

Call 1800Porsche and ask for Norma. (If they’ll transfer you). I had multiple issues with the my.Porsche.com site and the TYD email link and she was able to fix my issues and get the TYD email sent within 48 hours. I talked to two other people there and emailed another, and none of them had a clue.

 

It's working normally on my iPhone and also on my computer.

 

So yours is showing the vehicle production and status updates via the iphone app?

 

Mine is still working properly. Sometimes when I first open the app is says I have no car. But if you do a pull down refresh it then shows the car.
Mine started production 10/14. Waiting for production pictures!!

 

Mine used to do that as well. However, now when i pull down to refresh the app, it still shows no car. Oh well, at least the email link still works at the car arrives to port tomorrow.

 

My iPhone app stopped working a few days ago, but the web browser link still works. My car is still on the boat, near the Panama Canal.

 

TYD stopped working for me last week, too. I can only see the status by clicking the email link as well. Although, the only real problem I have now is that my car arrived at PEC LA on 10/11 and my scheduled delivery is the first week of December. :-(

 

PEC-LA was offering GT3 laps to novice drivers only last weekend. The car was Shark Blue, so at least it was not your car. Just kidding.

 

Hahaha, that's funny. If they were I'd be the first one down there for a drive!

 

I had the same problem with TYD. Try going to porsche.com and logging in from there. That works for me
