Why isn’t anyone getting colored tach and chrono?
Hey guys,
Hoping RL can help me figure out before my build freezes up.
Why has almost every euro 992 Gt3 I’ve seen delivered skip out on the colored central tach? ive seen a few with the sports chrono colored but none with a the central tach.

It's perfect the way it is. Every coloured tachometer dial that I've seen in a 991 gen made it looks worse. Have never specced it and never will.

Good question. I love colored tachs/chronos particularly white. Such a great touch adding that extra bit of luxury. '21 Cayenne GTS with white tach (to match white paint) and just got my new Taycan with red chrono to go with red interior.
I disagree with making it worse on 991. 991 looks even better with it since the entire face is covered.

I will order sports chrono but I like the grey/black gauges as they are. But then again I am the guy with 4 cars all in white with black trims/wheels so maybe I am just boring lol

Subjective, but imo I want the 9000 red line to actually be visible? Lmfao I laugh at red tachs with red lines hardly visible. To me it kind of doesn't make sense. The normal lack-of-color tachometer shows off rpm way better, even more so than a white tach. Basically, for me the tach is already designed beautifully. It's not expensive, either, as an option so I definitely think there are other people that share my opinion.

That stupid ring they put around the tach is a distraction and IMO it looks awful. The colored entire gauges was far better. The nubbin designer must have got his/her hands on this.

I went with a racing yellow chrono ring but nothing on tach.
