Allocation + ADM?

My guess is so they can keep track of their allocations and earmark them for those that are serious, rather than those that are not. Since this is my first GT car from them and first new car, they want a deposit if they are going to lock up an allocation for me. Maybe the next GT car, they won't ask for one, not sure.

Or people who want a car and don't GAF about an extra 10-25k. The stock market is over 30k, real estate is up, crypto is going nuts, tons of folks with investment balance sheets that can easily shrug off an ADM. Lots of them probably post here too but it's not cool to admit it.

I just called my dealership and confirmed I am number 1 on their list and they also reaffirmed that they wont charge me any ADM! Their one VIP guy has his own specific allocation that doesn't count against their allocations.
They are getting at least one allocation on March 5th for a June build and I am getting it. I am super excited!
The only bummer is that I can't do European Delivery unless I have dual citizenship. Hopefully things will change by the time June rolls around.

Negative. I've never bought a new p car. Plenty of buyers spec nice cars and turn them in better than new condition, no miles, paint corrected with ppf etc... God bless 'em. I'm not rationalizing anything, just pointing out the reality that some people's time value of money varies considerably from the ADM police on rennlist. Some people probably consider buying new Macans and Cayennes in order to secure an MSRP GT car an ADM.

Problem is, none of those cars, or any of the others you previously mentioned, have the drivetrain combo that I and many others want. Namely, Manual NA. It’s a dying breed. I wouldn’t let an ADM get in the way of buying my dream car. Fortunately I live in a market where AMDs don’t seem to exist, just hefty deposits which are fine by me.

and these are in the same price/category as a GT3?? SF90 is comparable??? Gimme a break. One can spend $200k in options alone in a Ferrari.

600lt? 991GT3? .1 RS. All in the same price point as the new gt3.
and yes, I don’t pay ADM. I have a gt3 allocation and will enjoy spending out my car at msrp. Cheers to you.

You don't pay ADM...whooppiieeeee! and you get it at MSRP.....YAY! and you own some of those cars that aren't in the same price segment as a GT3 to begin with.....we get it. Oh, you have a GT3 allocation....send me your address for a gift....
