you’re splittin hairs with me here, but even at that it’s asking price is 79k over
In case you’re wondering about the build, i reached out to them and it’s minimally optioned. The only significant option is the FBS.
See here
anyhow there are plenty of 250k+ tourings for sale online. This was a 143k based price vehicle I believe. Dunno of any other non hyper car model other than Porsche GT cars that retain this kind of value
kudos to anyone who is fortunate to own an example.

The entire market is just nuts.

Btw, I ment the base GT3 price(not that specific car)

Got it. So base plus options that is a decent specced car. It has PTS. Regardless- yes they are going over msrp, not quite 100k but definitely over.

Judging by what’s been selling, I feel like the resale market will reflect that mark up. And if it doesn’t, I’d still have the perfect car.

Forget the ADM. if it is indeed the perfect car, just buy it and enjoy it.

Listen,
you dont have to tell me all the great things about the GT3. Used to own a Touring and have a GT3 winged incoming in the fall. I get it. They are great cars. But 300k?? You have a ton of choices when you get into that price range. I would not spend 300k on a GT3 when I can have a Performante, an F8, a 720. This is not to imply one is better than the other. All are great in their own right but 300k is pushing it. Especially in this car bubble.

It’s a high price indeed for a stamped BIW vehicle, where as your other mentions have carbon monocoque frames(which are much more advanced in technical terms)
I had the money, I’d be purchasing a Pista.
