Anyone else have TYD gremlins?

My order date keeps changing despite the fact that my last spec was over a moth ago and my dealer isn’t updating it, now says order created 12/21. Freeze and delivery dates are still the same, but it says phase 2/4 scheduled for production before the freeze has been reached? Has anyone ever seen that? I’ve never seen something being noted as scheduled before the freeze date.

Yes, mine flip flopped several times. Suggest not looking at TYD for 5 days and it will settle down. Be prepared for several more schizophrenic status updates. Best to tuck it away for a month (easier said than done)

Mine entered phase 2/3 on Dec. 24 (only three stages in Germany?). It will lock on Jan. 13.
I know from Zuffenhausen, that production of all Sport Classic vehicles will be completed by the end of February.

Mine is completed, sitting at Emden since 12/14, not a merry Christmas

Mine was due to complete on 23rd of this month, not had any updates. Still showing at stage 3. Will be happy if it’s here next month. No doubt the painted stripes have delayed it in my view.

Not likely a daily since traffic here is a pain. But definitely will be hitting the windy road as often as I can.

xxxx/1.250 on your car is independent of build sequence, I picked my „number“ among the still available ones right after configuration.

VIN number does not automatically reveal sequence. Porsche has agreed to TRY and determine my actual build sequence, but only after production of the Sport Classic has ceased, i.e in March.

Well over 50% of total stock in USA acquired by VIP program within Porsche AG client relations. (918 Spyder program).

I’m curios as to how you get to that approximate number?

I would have thought a few more otherwise they’d be almost none left after the VIP ones.
Although I don’t know how many actual VIPs are left.

I heard that as of a few weeks ago dealers like Isringhausen were offering $150k to buy allocations for their customers ... add to that whatever they would charge on top of it and it's got to be around $200k. But markets change quickly so it could have gone up or down since then. Also this is second hand info from friends of mine who are brokers and Porsche dealers, so take it for what it is worth.
