[QUOTE=Taffy66;18161926]Whatever the headline Ring time will be, it sure ain't no looker
Oh to me it is. Then again, this is the kind of car I look at. I could agree if it was something wingless for the street or predominantly for that use I wanted something.
I assume you’re imagining the camouflage removed and not basing it on the looks in these pictures.

However, as cold seasons replaced warm seasons and nothing happened, perhaps they were using a Cup body and that the production version won’t have one. Can’t imagine it being driven without the full airflow and then add diffusers to the roof 😊

paraprahsing a recent conversation with a friend - who is a little into cars, enough to talk to etc
ME sharing a picture of recent gt3rs spy shot - here's my next toy etc
HIM I don't mind the wing, glad they got rid of the side vents - don't like them on (mutual friend)'s 3RS
ME they'll still be there, you can sort of make them out in some photos
HIM well they're obviously not all that functional if they're testing the car with them covered up
ME I think as much as they claim they're testing the car, it's really marketing, build up the hype by controlling the "spy shots" of "testing"
HIM yeah well, seems to work on you
ME yea :/

Those roof reflectors don't do it any favours imo. Can't see any frunk space so where does the two crash helmets go ? Then again they won't be needed when doing the weekly pilgrimage to the nearest Cars and Coffee.
On my '19 RS WP with Titanium cage I can fit both overnight luggage and two helmets in the frunk for myself and my son when we go away for track days. Is this even going to be possible with the 992GT3 RS ?

I beg to differ. It will look even better without the camo. Just wait. And ring time will be faster than gt3 for sure. Im hoping for some air scoops in the rear guards like .991gt3.rs and turbo S.

Maybe. Hard to say just yet. But would not surprise me. The gt2rs is a monster on track though. Im hearing they may not make a 992gt2rs but who knows. If this is true then the 992gt3rs will need to have a better ring time.

I think the 992 3RS will be as fast as (or faster than) 991 2RS, but maybe a little harder to surpass MR edition of same. I do expect a very complete track car though (and the low drag mode should improve Vmax down döttinger höhe a bunch).

MR? well this is another level again.
