Does anyone have the colored traffic lines displayed on a 2013 911? I'm in a large city and don't have the colored lines on my 2013 911 but the colored traffic lines do show up on my 2017 Cayenne. According to my manual, the colored lines are supposed to be displayed on the 911 as well. I have an active XM subscription. I called XM and they stated that my radio does not support traffic info.

 

It is done through XMs traffic info. It is an additional 4 dollar subscription. The 991.1s like yours does support it. Call XM back.

 

I called XM back - 2 more times in fact. They said they escalated the question and that the radio does not support traffic through XM. Any suggestions on how I can educate them?

 

I recall someone went thru something similar and it turns out the head unit was replaced so the radio ID was not matching up... long shot but throwing it out there.

My 13 C4S absolutely had colored lines with the nav purchase.

 

Great call Michael. In fact, I did have my head unit replaced a few months ago. I will see if the dealer can fix this issue.
