Guys,
If you are installing a roll bar in your 991.1, don't cut into your 1/4 panels or rear deck carpet!
GT3 take-offs instead and save big money.
The 1/4 panels crossover from 991.1 Carrera and GT3
Example:
New interior 1/4 panel: 1400.00 each from Porsche (shocking, even for Porsche ). Mine only 500.00 each.
New Rear deck carpet: 400.00+ from Porsche. Mine 150.00.
Black color.
Originally for TC Design roll bar.

I was fortunate to find and acquire a duplicate set of side panels for my car with the same red deviated stitching as my interior. I agonized over whether to acquire a roll bar that did not cut the side panels. In the end, I was not comfortable with the existing solutions (that do not cut the side panels) as the distance from the roll bar harness attachment was too far from my shoulders for these solutions to give me piece of mind.
