This is cool. Plan B for when my 16's wheel starts to look worn. You gonna sell all the stuff we need?

If you market this a kit and it comes with good instructions I'd buy it. I've already had my 2015 multifunction steering wheel totally apart to install TechArt paddles so this looks like it would be pretty easy, as long as the conditions in sentence 1 are met

Here does the module go? The airbag eats up most of the space in the center of the steering wheel.

i'm guessing the adapter goes inside the steering column. i've seen his instructions and they are pretty solid!

Anyone in the LA area want to help me evaluate/test this mod? I'm in Hong Kong later this week (near where the OP is from) and after a pretty extensive chat with him on this upgrade over the weekend, I'm quite happy to buy the module from him and bring it stateside for some testing. He explained the process to me and indeed it does sound quite easy especially if you have a 991.1 with the old MF wheel. Since my car has a Sport Wheel, I'd need a PIWIS to program the legacy MF functions on the wheel. OP's module converts old MF wheel functions and makes it work on the new wheel.
