Are you able to keep the valves from opening on start up and driving in normal mode regardless of RPM? Currently with Stock PSE the valves will open around 4k rpm and act as if PSE is on.
One major downside is that I will not pass sound on turn 5 at Laguna with valves open. Short shifting is required on x pipes to avoid the meatball.

Wanted to resurrect this thread as I €™m considering taking advantage of the Nov. sale.

My question to Soul - Does your system with the remote allow for valves closed all the time regardless of RPMs?

Products look first class & priced very well and appreciate the customer first philosophy.
Few questions:
1. What type of steel is used?
2. Are the 200cell high flow cats German?
3. What type of finish is used and how did is compare to the competition (Advantages/Disadvantages) use a shiny chrome like finish?
thanks

Here's another tip: To keep noise down during startup, say if you are starting your car at 5 AM in your garage and your family is asleep - while the car is cranking you can close the valves with the fob.
Alternatively you can also wire the valve controller up parallel to the factory setup. This lets it function like factory but then at any time you can force valves open. Unfortunately you can't force valves closed in this configuration.

1. Our 991.1 Carrera Valved Exhaust is built out of .060" wall T304L stainless steel. Our tips are .065" wall T304L stainless steel.
2. We use HJS HD 200 cell catalysts, imported from Germany, as seen below on our 991.2 Carrera (with PSE) Sport Catalytic Converters.
3. We achieve our signature satin finish by blasting with a propriety blend of media. Benefits of this process include revealing any imperfections / pinholes in welding - which lets us ensure everything is properly made. Polishing can sometimes leave residue behind on the part, and we want our components to arrive looking perfect. We can also reblast components any time - if a customer wants their parts refreshed it's very easy to make them look good again whereas it is much harder with a polished finish. We already have a lot of customers lined up for tip refinishing in the spring to have them looking new again. A disadvantage is that it can add more time to the production process, but we think it's worth it.

Guys just one more question.
Please compare your design with the "competition" with regards to your design having one pipe leaving the cat then diverting to two pipes to connect to muffler vs two separate pieces leaving the cat individually.
Thanks!

Major thanks to jwerly for lending us his Carrera yet again for further development. We're working on HJS HD 200 cell catted headers! We'll be getting dyno numbers of various SOUL setups in short time.
