Been on the fence about this diffuser. Spoke directly to Vorsteiner and felt comfortable with the mods made to the structure for heat venting and that they would back the product if I had issues.
Eric at Supreme Power was great to deal with and quick delivery. It is on and I like it. Car needs a little clean love which it will get this weekend.

This is a 991.1.
It looks perfect.
How do you feel about the drain plug access issue?
Has anyone compared the eBay version that's like 1/4 the price? I'm sure it's nowhere close in quality but still curious...

Yes it is a 991.1. I had a friend cut the hole for drain plug access. Any other work will require removing it but it is easy.
Quality and most important fit of the Vorsteiner is very good. Don't know about the Ebay product. I do believe you get what you pay for.

I have a two inch hole drilled on my diffuser. I changed the oil last month and had no issues with the draining process. With the diffuser on I just need to ensure the car is raised off the ground sufficiently to allow access for the wrench and plastic oil drain container. I also purchased a two inch rubber floor plug to cover the drilled hole.

That rubber plug is a great idea - prevents a lot of crap from entering the hole and accumulating in the diffuser. Nice!

Thanks. I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the product. First and foremost I love the style and aggressive stance the Vorsteiner Diffuser offers which is a "Big" Pro in my opinion. The "Con" or negative feedback is the durability of the fasteners or clips on the diffuser. If the installer, whether a pro shop or DIY, they MUST take extra precautions not to break the clips that hold the diffuser secure to the bumper. This is most critical above the outer edges of the tail pipes. The end result of a broken clip as I described is separation of the diffuser from the bumper. The separation is minimal, but noticeable. I was fortunate my situation was mitigated by the manufacturer with positive results.

Could not agree more with the assessment of the install. Caution needs to be taken not to break the tabs when installing. The look, fantastic once on.
I love your rubber gasket idea I hope you don't mind if I do the same.
