Huh? Do you even know what this thread is about? Let me explain: a group of us in another thread saw this line of custom luggage. We do not have an importer here in the US, so we wanted to 1) find a European distributor that would ship to us, and 2), see what pricing they could give us. Why the negativity?

Version 1 (66x41x18cm) and 2 (66x41x16.5) will not fit 991.2 turbo frunk (62x43 cm).

Version 3 will fit (59x40x16.5 cm), remain interested on it 3 piece set + rear rack bag + rear set 4 piece set.

This is the last day for anybody interested in this group purchase. I'll sum up the interest from this above and get our pricing. In the meantime, a UK member offered to do a drive-by of the distributor to check them out.

The plan is to do the transactions through eBay. This distributor does a lot of business on eBay, has good rankings, but through this method, we have some buying protection. Also, if you use PayPal, their is additional protection.

Dan - Thanks for your follow-up on this project. For some reason I did not find this second thread until a few minutes ago. If not too late I would like to join the group purchase for the 991 Frunk set Version 1. My 991.2 C2 no Burmester measurements meet the required dimensions. Kind regards.

Sorry - been out for a few weeks but now back! Sorry sorry. Here is what I have:

A kind member, PufnStuf, went to the distributor and talked with somebody named Kiran. He said it looked like a reputable firm, and was able to look at the quality of the luggage and found it to be quite nice. They order for BMW and Mercedes and know what fits what, but haven't ordered 911's. that's why they don't want any return orders, it's up to you to do the correct due diligence.

I will ask them for pricing on the following (below). The quoted price will be for the bag plus shipping to your location. It will be through eBay. When you purchase the set, they will then order it from the manufacturer then ship it to you. Figure 2-3 weeks from date of order. I'll post their quotation when I receive it, plus the link to the eBay listing.

There was some confusion here on what to order, so here is the breakdown.

1. Roadsterbag Koffer-Set passend für Porsche 911 991, cabriolet and coupe This is a set of three bags for the frunk.

Version 1 für 991.1 ohne Turbo und/oder Allrad (991.1 without turbo and/or all-wheel drive)

Version 2 für 991.1 mit Turbo und/oder Allrad (991.1 with Turbo and/or all-wheel drive)

Version 3 für 991 mit Burmester Premium Soundsystem oder 991.2 (991 with Burmeister or 991.2)

2. Tasche für Heckablage passend für Porsche 997, 991 + Cayman 981c (991 rear deck), Maße LxBxH: 85 x 42 x 10 cm, Volumen: 36 Liter. This is a flat bag that covers the rear deck behind the seats. It fits all 991's except Turbo and Cabriolet.

3. Rücksitz-Set passend für Porsche 911 996 / 997 / 991 (back seat). These four piece set fits the back seats of all 911's. Two fit on the seats, two fit on the top of the folded down back.
