Can you add PSE to a 2013 C2 from the dealer. I was told that it had to be ordered with PSE

Yes. PSE can be ordered from your dealer or aftermarket from Suncoast. Be sure to clarify prices and components (such as the exhaust button).

Local dealer in Chicago Area wanted $1K for install programming. Best price going seems like Suncoast for parts.

I quoted a couple of local dealers adding PSE to my 2013 C2. Each was right at $5k. I decided it wasn't worth it.

If you're looking for a louder exhaust and don't want to spend the cash on the PSE the Sharkwerks X pipe is a nice option at 1/5 the cost. No button to control the valves, but it's not prone to drone in my experience and has nice sound. I really love mine.

Have to agree with that. We offer a complete Valvetronic Exhaust System for the Non-PSE 991.1 that lists at $4695 and has shown up to 23whp/31wtq improvement. Sounds it quite intoxicating haha.
