There's a few maintenance threads around here that goes into the details.

If you are a DIY'er you can save yourself some coin.

Porsche prices:
Minor maintenance is at every 10K ($350)
Major maintenance at 40K ($2000)
Junior maintenance at 60K ($1000)
Tires from Tire Rack every 20-24K ($1500)

I estimated a little high but it's close.
Prices can vary quite a bit from dealer to dealer (and of course across different regions) but the prices you list are actually pretty close to what I have seen in my area.

Now that it is 2 model years old...... what should the discount on that car be?

I think they should let it go for 115k or less

That one's been around for a little bit. I was looking at it when it was 94k, but got concerned over the driveshaft replacement, so kept looking.

Driveshaft replacement? What/why/when? Does it even matter with the CPO?

Well, here was my thread. I asked the same questions. Received a few different perspectives, but ultimately held off as this was my first Porsche and they are across the country from me. They have a car fax and some other history (autocheck?) posted - def check them out, thats where i saw that mentioned.
