Most likely windshield washer fluid. Next time you wash your car, watch how the water drains from that area

I have the same thing going on. I took my car to the dealership and showed them. Nick at Livermore Porsche actually rubbed his finger on it and tasted it. He reported it wasn't oil, radiator fluid or fuel.

Only noticed it on my car after rolling through muddy water draining over the road.

It's tears of all the cars the 911 has vanquished.

Wonder how much oil, radiator fluid and fuel one must consume before they can pick those tastes out of a blind taste test.

In 5 years of 911 ownership I don't think I've ever used my windshield washers (she's a garage queen) and thus have never had to fill/top off the fluid.

Just don't drive your car...problem solved!
