Guess its different in Canada. There is no stand alone option on the configurator for it and it shows up in the "Standard Equipment" list.

As others have posted and I suspect, voice control isn't likely to be a much used option in a noisy environment. I'd most likely use it for dealing a number which is pretty easy to call up using iPhone' Siri through Apple Car Play.
