It's not forged but not all cast wheels are created equal. BBS CH-R is proven though.

I still say CCW is the lowest cost, proven + FORGED wheel.

I am actually considering something from the CCW Corsair series as a summer setup. I researched them when you first recommended them and was really impressed. The roads around here suck, so 19" wheels would be nice!
