Would depend on dash make up.... If its that soft touch material, I'm not sure but it might be worth asking below. If leather covered it's easy:
Surflex dye. Look it up, Magic... Do it yourself job, even....
I have seats and door panels I surflexed 20y ago that still look factory.

I would try these guys ... they dye leather for living. I tried them locally to fix a leather cut in my GTS and they do leather color changes .
