Migrating Center Wheel Caps

Migrating Center Wheel Caps
I am having an OCD crisis. Two of my center wheel caps (driver side ones) keep moving. They MUST point to the value stem and stay there! But they are not behaving. I have the tool to point them correctly, but, alas, they won't stay there. I have tried the duck tape solution, but its pretty ugly on such a beautiful car. I need help. Thanks.

I hope the 997 guys don't see this. They are going to make fun of us again.
I always put the locking wheel bolt directly opposite the valve stem, too. Makes it easier to find that one with the tool, and I think it balances the wheels better, being opposite of the heavy TPMS. LOL.

They were already pointed on summer wheels on my 991S by the previous owner, obviously a crazy-enthusiast like me! (Plus they had already put on the LED turn signals, too!)
