Default CONVERTING S to GT3

Hi yall,

Question:

I am wanting to put a GT3 exhaust on my Carrera S - mainly because I want a centered exhaust vs. the quad two-sided stock sport exhaust version.

Can I use the GT3 stock kit as a direct switch out?

If not, any tips on converting a sport exhaust to a center exhaust?

Please: no guesses here. I'm only seeking responses from people who have actually tried this.

Techart exhaust is likely easier and less expensive than converting to GT3. To do the GT3 exhaust you need to replace the rear bumper cover + diffuser whereas the Techart just requires a new diffuser.

Had a friend put one on his 991.1 C2S, looks great and sounds amazing...

What about the Rennlister that did this in Europe last year? He used all OE Porsche parts. I need to find the old thread.

You can't use a GT3 bumper on a 2S -- GT3 is widebody, 2S is narrow.
