If these are 4.0L like the article states then would one assume the street version would be 4.0L as well?

These are GT3 Cup cars aka: not street legal race cars.

I don't even want to know what the cost to ship those things by air is. I wonder who picks up that tab.

You can have any car air freighted instead of the the long boat ride. Around $12K
