Future guards red owner here. The wait is killing me! I'm washing my blues away in this forum.
I ordered GR sight unseen, which emerged at the end of a long struggle between yellow and white My argument was that red is both classic and modern at the same time - that's how I see the 911 as a car also. Classic design with modern touches, and of course modern technology under the skin.

Can you convince me I made the right call? I don't see many GR cars around here...

Okay, it's not a 991.2, or even a 991. It doesn't have PSE, Sport Chrono, or even a water-tight top. But its been in our garage for 16+ years now and I've never loved it's Gaurds Red paint more... it's fun on wheels!

Great pic. Love the fact that big brother up front appears to have his seat slammed all the way back leaving as little room as possible for little brothers in the back.
