My CoA came to me in the mail about a month after purchase. I didn't pay extra for it or even request it so it was a nice surprise. Came boxed with a Porsche pen included.

Also, the print on mine is in landscape format, 3 lines per column, 4 columns. I can post a pic if anyone cares that badly.
