The 20's are easier to clean by hand.

Ride is much less bumpy with 19s but car looks less sexy. Decisions, decisions...

If you're not paying cash... don't sweat the extra if you really want them. If a stripper is what you're going for, 19 might be the ticket to stay true to your objective. Also, remember not too long ago when an 18" wheel was huge? Lay car people won't be able to tell or know your car is a stripper.

If anyone asks, just tell them your stripper got 19's cause it was just stripping to pay for school. Will get aftermarket 20's when it graduates!

19's.
I think they look great. One of the best Porsche wheels in my opinion. They will also ride better if your roads are anything like here in New England.

This is one of those questions that has no answer. It's totally subjective (like color preferences, PDK vs manual). I have 19's (Porsche OEM summer and aftermarket Victor winters) on my 991.2 C4 and I think that they look good. I think that the 20's look better, but I had a price limit and chose to spend the money elsewhere. I was also concerned about having 20's for my urban DD, but it's not based on any objective data. Perceived differences in ride quality are not really based on any objective criteria.

19s given your locale and roads.....but I would have to own a set of 20s on the side as I think they look/work best,

Go for the 20s and grab 19s for track and winter ... comes with 20s wish I waited for the new 5 start and would have gotten them gloss black painted.
