I remember when I pulled out my wallet when he asked for my license, even I looked at it and thought "great, the guy's going to think I'm a bum" But nothing, zero reaction, it was business as usual. I was wery impressed with the entire purchase experience and the exceptional level of professionalism. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised that my new 911 came with a Porsche jacket of my choice, a Porsche duffle bag, a Porsche car cover, a Porsche battery charger, 2 Porsche leather key chains (I think everyone gets those) and... a new Porsche wallet! which I don't use to this day because I am attached to my old perfectly worn leather wallet =)

That's a great story and a wonderful tactic. Lol. I'm going to do the same thing next time I go buy another porsche. All my SA gave me was only one key chain. Must have bin the Gucci shoes. Dam it!

I received a new hand-made suit. I have an appointment at my office next week for somebody to come measure and offer materials to select. Maybe the lining will be the Porsche crest, dunno.

I used to have this one! Now 14 years later, I have the 911.

I used 20 mm melamine board to the wall to avoid the plastering step, they do weigh a ton though! (2.4 metres by 1.2 metres per board).

Here's my contribution to garage wall art. The poster's from a Porsche dealer I sold for many years ago. My buddy snagged this from the service department when they were going to throw it away and he's kept through the years until he offered it to me.

Kayjh--probably the angle (my truck was in the way) and a little lens distortion.
