GT Silver over Black/Bordeaux is a fantastic combination -- much easier on the eyes than the Garnet Red, IMO, and your photos do a good job showing the darker and richer shade of the Bordeaux Red. This color combination was one of my own finalists!

thanks to everyone for the nice comments.
I had white gauges on my TT, which I loved, so I repeated it here. I know some feel they are hard to see, but I've never had that problem.
I really wanted the Sports Classics wheels in black, but that was only available on the TT. These were a close second for me and I've very happy with them. although maybe one day I'll trade someone....
I agree, I think they make the rear wheels look big which i like. I believe you ordered yours shortly before I did. Looking forward to seeing it.
i guess, although I don't view it as a grand tourer. i passed on the 991.1 gts because as much as i wanted to like it, it was just too slow coming from the tt (low end torque matters to me). we all know the numbers for the 991.2 in a straight line and around the track, and this car feels every bit as fast as the numbers suggest. a real rush to drive. regarding your manual/pdk comment, been beaten to death, but i will say this pdk is lightening fast vs my 997.2 tt - as it should be, given the advancement in technology.
thanks for noticing. those are the things (black headlights, tinted tailights, black logo, even keeping the side skirts black) that you get excited about when building, knowing most won't notice, but you will. and when the black roof is up, it all ties in even more.
it's actually rhodium silver. i debated between the two, both are great. for me, the rhodium pops a little more, especially in sunlight.

Looks great - I really like your attention to detail. I agree with the compliments on the interior/exterior color combination.
My my wife really doesn't care for the targas or I would have ordered one when I first decided to order a new 911. While I expect to be happier with the car I ordered, I have a soft spot for open air motoring and I really like the look of the 991 targa.

Not usually a targa fan but this one is easy to like. Great build. Nice color. Wheels perfect. Calipers match interior. Red leather on the seats are the perfect amount which contrast nicely with the black dash. Glad it's PPF'd for the long haul. Enjoy it!

Love the history of the Targa. The 991's are truly a unique version of this iconic look. Your options look great. You'll really appreciate the paint protection. It has been a little over a year that I got mine back with SunTek on the front and Modesta all over. I have 14k miles on mine and am very happy with being able to keep it looking nice, being my daily driver.
