What did you do to the loop hooks for the bottom of the seat back panels? Di dyou cut those out? Or are they just covered? Because I was of the understanding they are welded to body under carpet. Haven't pulled out that carpet yet. Just dry fitting my bench seat now. I'm going to install a roll cage as well since I track the car, but am also trying to do it on budget and completely restorable as well. Love your idea and am going to attempt to replicate it.
I cut mine out with a dremel tool cut off wheel attachment. Covered the back and side windows with towels just in case of sparks. Wasn't an issue and they cut off quickly and no problems.
What are the purpose of those belts and what are they called. I love the look....
