Seems like an overall meh deal. Look at the original sticker to asking price ratio, the options list is nothing to write home about, and the high miles are offsetting the 2014 build date, which is nothing more than a number in this case.

High miles ???
Bought a 2016 Cayman S brand new 3 months ago it now has a sweet 9200 miles on it. A lot of those
were well over 100mph. Track days next spring. Too much fun. We have a decent amount of paint chips and scratches also.

Have a great day!

Higher-mileage 991s can be great deals; they are well-built cars. Prices drop off a cliff when the odometer creeps up because most want a low-mileage garage queen.

I think high $60ks is probably about right for the mileage/build, but I would not buy a 911 without PSE, which would add ~$3.5k. I would also want leather interior after having it.

My CPO '12.5 had just over 41k miles when I purchased it; the dealer replaced all four corners (tires, pads, rotors) and did the 40k service

Thanks, Jeff. From the looks of it auction price is a good deal below what this car is listed for.
