Manual or PDK??

While they have this area taken apart, have them slip in the Porsche Short Shifter Kit (if you have the manual tranny). You pay for the parts (buy from Sunset) and they provide the labor at no charge for the inconvenience. Win-win!

Replace. There are "fixes" that can be used but it will never be 100%. If it were carbon fiber it could easily be repaired without needing to be replaced.

They replaced the part and it looks great. Took all of 5 min for them to do. Thanks again for everyone's feedback.
