Reviving an old thread, but I had this exact problem on my 997.1 (new to me). I took out the cabin filter and the plug was just lying there. It was a BEAR to lift up the front wiper cowl to plug it in.. I hope it fixes it. I plan on driving it out to supper to tonight.

Even though I rarely use car nav (and use my phone) it's always nice to have the map up to know where you are sometimes.

Glad that it worked out.

In unfamiliar territory I use Waze on the iPhone and leave the Navigation Maps open as well with a larger scale.

Here is a link for a Nav Update:

Mine was confused after being flat bedded to the dlr. It took a little while to "fix itself."

legbuh: my cable also became separated from the antenna. What I can't figure out is "what plug it back in" means. That is, I feel no click, and it doesn't seem to swivel to lock or anything. Can anyone help me reconnect the cable end to the antenna? Thanks.

I have the same problem on my 2018 Panamera turbo turissimo. Did you ever get it resolved?
