I have not been bothered by traffic so far this week,
but expect congestion tomorrow (Friday) on Carmel
Valley Road for Werks Reunion & The Quail.

***

Otherwise, it has been a pretty intensive 'green' week so far...

1967 911R & 2016 911R at The Quail

**

The 1967 911R is #17 currently in Ingram Collection (Road Scholars):

The 2016 911R is #007

Magnus Walker & Alex Ross (SharkWerkes) seemed to like what they saw:

That 911R!

I am new to SF and bought a ticket for Concours on Sunday. Any recommendations for how to best spend the day?

As both a P-car and SF noob I missed the Friday Werks vent, but it's definitely on my radar for next year..

(I think the Ingram Collection still do own both of these two.)

Thank you for the correction, GVA-SFO. Indeed I picked the
wrong 1967 911R from the Ingram Collection. The #017
has apparently been since sold by the Ingrams. This car was
owned formerly by Warren Eads, then Peter Kitchak, both of
whom I know personally.

So indeed the car in display is #003, currently in the Ingram
Collection:

Thanks Z356 for the recommendations. I really wanted to check out Quail but I didn't know it was so expensive to attend... yikes!

It was great seeing everyone at our Werks Reunion booth yesterday! Janet our Marketing Intern later confessed that she had no idea who Magnus Walker was nor did she understand why she had such a cult following LOL

Thanks for the pictures.

Unfortunately, my Gulfstream was in the shop, and I couldn't make it (j/k).

This one? If so, I am impressed!

If you are talking about planes, Gulfstreams are a dime a dozen at
McCall's Wednesday Jet Center party. You need to bring a Mitchell
B-25 bomber to really make a splash & be noticed!
