I think the answer is *maybe* it all depends upon how Porsche designed the attachment of the PDCC drop links to the ARBs/sway bars ... I think a quick look at PET might indicate if this is probable, I'd check to see if PDCC variants
have a different part number for the sway bars than the non-PDCC if its different there is a chance that they are not compatible (although a different part could simply indicate a different specification for bar dia)

Given the PDCC is designed/calibrated for a softer sway bar than a standard Carrera, I wonder what putting an even stiffer GT3 sway bar in there would do.

+1 my concern also, I took a peek at PET, there are a lot of different ARBs/sway bars depending upon variant and PDCC ... and I am not able to
decode the variant codes to determine much information of value ...

BTW anyone know the part #'s for the GT3 bars?

Default Some useful info

So I did a little detective work on part #'s (disclaimer, this may not be complete)

GT3 ARBs/sawyabars

Front:
Stabilizer: 991.343.701.80
bushings: 991.343.793.02 (not sure if this is a pair or not, probably not)
bracket: 991.343.777.80 (need 2x)
droplink: 991343.069.80 (need 2x)

Note that the PASM-S front stabilizer is: 991.343.705.14
bushing: 991.343.792.13 (2x)

Rear:
Stabilizer: 991.333.701.80
bushings: 991.333.794.80 (not sure if this is a pair or not, probably not)
bracket: 991.333.794.80 (need 2x)
droplink: 991.333.071.80 (left)
droplink: 991.333.072.80 (right)

Note that the PASM-S rear stabilizer is: 991.333.705.16
bushing: 991.333.794.09 (need 2x)

I need to check that the bushings/brackets are GT3 specific and not generic parts, you would also need silicon based lube for the bushings.

p.s
the PDCC stabilizers have different parts than the non-PDCC so I am not sure that you can combine non-PDCC bars on PDCC equipped cars... ymmv.

p.p.s also note that AWD cars have different stabilizers than RWD ...

p.p.p.s.: Sounds like maybe ARB design and implementation is more complicated than it looks and just maybe the GT3 ARB on a Carrera isn't such a good idea. Who knew?

yea sounds like an iffy and expensive experiment. I take it that GT3s do not have PDCC as an option?

although I *believe* Tarrett Eng resell the GT3 bar (at least the fronts) as a modification for (non-PDCC) 991's ...

BTW I think if I was going to put thicker bars on a 991 I would also replace the OEM droplinks for Tarrett or similar...

if I was PDCC equipped I would resign myself to the fact that I drive around in something "suspended" like this:

Not sure if you're aware but the TPC Racing sway bars (aka 991 Stage 1 Suspension) come with a set of adjustable drop links as pictured below... will let you know how they work out when I get this setup mounted in a couple weeks.

Anti sway bars are fool's gold and should be used only for fine tuning. Springs and shocks and bushings first, if real, measurable results are wanted.

Vise the TPC kit only comes with front DLs apparently and reuses the OEM on the rear of I were doing this with the tarett kit I'd do both...
