Default leather or alcantara extended console lid

thinking of replacing my standard height console like with either the leather or alcantara extended height console lid from SCP.

My seats are leather but the lining of my roof is alcantara....opinions appreciated

I went through this decision too. My logic of going leather was that the armrest is a touch point and I like my touch points matching (steering wheel, shifter and seat inserts) So I opted for the leather to match my touch points.

Was just thinking of the same mod today and thought I liked the Alcantara as a contrast to my leather parts and matching the liner.

Well my vote is for the Alcantara. Once you add the arm rest you need the steering wheel and shift lever. And the Alcantara steering wheel is EPIC. Best mod I've done. Do it!

Looks great and I like your phone vent holder as well. Can you share a photo of the center console as well? Thanks!

How is the steering wheel during summer and winter? One reason I haven't pulled the trigger is losing the heated wheel function if I switch to the sport wheel.

The steering wheel is cool in the summer. Very pleasant really. Feels just great. Never miss the heated wheel in this car as it hibernates in the cold months. Here's more shots:
