Factory has to install doors on Cabs with wheels on the ground in order to get proper gaps. Coupes are stiff-enough that they go through the last part of the line still supported on the jack points.
Jacking from one corner and then the other might? change the panel gap enough? We need some cab owners to test. (Not...)
(Note: My Z06 is stiff enough that the doors still work with one leg in the air...)

Another vote for 'door closed hard on seatbelt latch'.

Why guess and ask us that can only see a 2" pic. Take it to a reliable shop and have it evaluated, paint meter, etc.... If the results aren't good then try to work with the dealer. If it was anything serious it should have been discussed.

Invest in a paint meter, either DeFelsko Positest (combo) or a Carfidant milPRO its a 300-400 investment that provides piece of mind.
If you buy another brand make sure it does aluminum.
I check every panel before I buy a car, regardless if its new or used.
Learned my lesson once when I bought a new SL500, had the car a week and a friend noticed a wave in the front fender. Turned out that the car had been damaged in transport and repaired. Dealer exchanged the car, they didnt know about the damage either because they traded with another dealer.
