I am constantly on Cars.com just browsing to see the market rates. I traded my R8 for a new 2015 991S mostly because the CPO warranty was soon expiring and I wanted to try something new.
After discovering this forum I couldn't hold on to that and let it go after 17 months. But continuously searching the net helped me understand what I wanted next which led me to my new GTS, which I bought while I happened to just buy as I drove by the Porsche dealer on a day off. When I saw the car and the build it was pretty much on target.
I have owned all the usual suspects:
Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, etc
Barely had this car and still looking for change to perhaps a Turbo S, but that will have to wait!
To the OP: I don't think it's "worse" to buy another car, I would think it's definitely "better"!
Answer: Yes an addict.
Yes Cars.com is the devil. I've been good over the past few months and haven't really looked since getting my CPO 991S but sometime..I just find myself on there looking and researching and well the rest you know....

Yes graduated med school in 1999 and then the "fun" began. Since then hmm let me guess I've been thru 2 VWs, 9 BMWs, 9 Porsches and a Harley. I surrender to the madness!
