Would it be possible or feasible to mat the 6 Speed manual transmission from the 981 to the 991? Or would there be too many electronic and mechanical variables to have to consider making it pretty much impossible?

My guess is they are completely different transmission, as the engines are mounted differently. Anything is possible with enough money.

Yea looking at the cross sections of the 2 cars now, im thinking I should delete my post. Doesnt look workable.

There is another alternative. Maybe the 911 R transmission can be fitted.
