Bay Area Porsche-Certified Body Shop?
Can someone recommend a _GOOD_ Porsche-certified body shop in the Bay Area?

First off this sucks. To answer your question it depends. You main concern should be the Aluminum bumper (Actual bumper and not the plastic piece) located under the plastic that is attached to the frame. There have been some examples of simple bumper damage like yours that have resulted in much larger frame issues. I think it's a slim chance something happened but you never know. I would ask Aliotos to perform a frame integrity diagnostic to be sure there isn't any major damage. Good luck.

I used German auto body in Santa Clara to paint in install a new sport design bumper. I was happy with the results, I believe they are Porsche Certified. The owner John seemed like a stand up guy.

I have to have the same thing done. A woman took a right turn from the center lane and clipped the back part of my bumper. Definitely not $3k. But over $1k with a really good shop. Bumper has to come off and all lights and badges (Porsche emblem) have to be removed. Emblem is garage art as they need new with new adhesive. Needs to be painted, clear coated and baked. And then assembled.
The best paint shop for Porsche, McLaren, F cars in my area estimating $1500-$1700. I have a little wheel work to do too. Sucks but get it done right and you will never know it happened. Anybody trying to charge you $3K, run like hell.

I believe that this damage may require a new bumper.
