As for wheel hangers, no need to make your own unless you really want to... M14x1.5 pilot pins are readily available for under $10. Absolute must IMHO if you do your own wheel or brake work on a Porsche.

Is it really that easy? Here's pretty much my experience with brake bleeding, except you know with highly caustic brake fluid instead of pee:
