OK

I am convinced of your passion for your Porsches. I have the same passion for my six Porsches. However, I have heard few kind comments for the spouse who assisted you in the purchase of your Porsche. My wife was involved with each. She generated at least half of the funds to purchase each. She also drives a MT like a shark. Each time I show her a new Porsche I want to purchase, she says "go for it". I think it is about time that we credit the wife. My friends call her a "keeper". Please credit your wife respectfully as such.

My lovely wife was the catalyst for my recent purchase - my first Porsche, a 991.2. One day, a year and a half ago, she said: "you deserve a nice car"... She did not have to say it twice... that day, I started doing research and making plans for my purchase ....

After we paid off the mortgage, we decided we'd treat ourselves to nice cars. I wanted a Porsche, thought a Cayenne would be somewhat practical. My wife said F that, if you're getting a Porsche, it has to be a 911!
During my year plus unicorn hunt, several times I almost settled for close enough. My wife said, F that! In the end, I found my dream car, and I'm happy as a pig in poop. I am not sure if it's PC to adhere to the old saw about there being a great woman behind every great man. And, I'm not a great man, but I sure have a great woman...T

How convenient timing for this post!

My wife just handed me a check on Saturday for my new GTS.

She comes to the dealers to see and drive cars (not to mention the free bagels and coffee), she also puts up with my crazy car obsession when I search online continuously for cars, repeatedly watching the same YouTube videos over and over and reading forums all day and all night long.

She's always up for a long drive.
She sets up the music and DJ's in the car!

Last Drive of the 2015 Carrera S 7MT with a pic as requested:

I am most definitely grateful for everything my has done for me!

I don't think it's for me, I just can't see myself willingly signing up for only sleeping with one person for the rest of my life.

What about variety? Maybe buffalo wings are my favorite food, but if I eat them every day I'm going to get tired of them and want something else.

Oh they are! I mix Frank's with a little melted unsalted butter and honey and put it on broiled wings. So good!

I paid for all my cars (and everything else) and my wife has zero interest in cars or any understanding why I'd want to own more than one. But I still love her.

Flash a Louis Vuitton bag and a set of Louboutin shoes in front of her and I bet she would feel the same excitement as you feel for your cars. I personally like to buy her shoes and she looks dam good in them. Married 20 years and the excitement is still there. You just have to keep it fresh.

You cheap bastard. If she's willing to work on her own car, at least get her a 911.
