The other side: grass is greener or not?

Before ordering a Targa 4s, I test drove a Huracan and 458.... nice cars, but just not practical for me; too big and far too ostentatious to park outside (I have a private parking space but no garage). The 911, for me, is the best sports car you can buy that's also a practical drive... and if you want exotic, you can spec it out to be as exotic as you want (PTS!)

After few correspondences, I got another offer from the same lambo dealer for an absolutely new (0 on odometer) white Huracan LP580-2 for:
$ 300K cash, or
finance $100K down plus about $ 1500 / month 120 payments (1.9%).
LP580-2 is RWD like C2 and more prone to holy*** oversteer in sport mode. This one has like $ 30K options that I am not sure that I need (green caliper, $10K 20 inch black titanium wheel, $3K sport exhaust, green stiching, etc). I really only need the front lifting for entry curb & it already comes standard in huracan.
Also it seems to me that the dealer doesn't want to sell me that used blue gallardo for whatever reason and insisting on selling me the huracan. Perhaps, they know something that I don't...
By looking at the deal above, does it mean I have acceptable credit or the dealer has problem moving new inventory or there is a catch in taking this deal?

Also, as I see it, $1500x 120 = $180,000 + $100K down = $280K. That's cheaper than cash of $300K!
No offense but please be careful with the numbers man.

The numbers are approximate because they use Japanese Yen here, but with 1.9% rate I think the numbers should come up to about $300k.

I agree with some of what you wrote, but don't think changing the paint color on a car turns it into an exotic.

Ok, for those that cares about this thread, just wanted to update that everything is done deal today. Put an outrageous amount of money down for that. I am happy and sad at the same time LOL
Here're some photos of the car at the dealer. I'm sorry the photos are so lousy, I will take better ones when it is delivered to me. I asked them to wrap the front side with Xpel, so I will take a couple of weeks for them to get it prep & sort out.
Just to let you know that you guys made this happen! Thank you so much!
