I agree the gts black looks a little dull - stealthy and sinister and cool and I do like it but I think your car will look amazing on the silver wheels. Can you post pics when done please as I still have the original wheels which I might copy you with, if they look good
Absolutely! And in an ironic twist of fate, I was planning to just lighten mine up a little, going to the GT3 color (Platinum Satin) like your GT3 wheels were originally. Then I saw the 911R press car and said, "Yeah! Silver wheels! What a novel idea." I admitted to myself that I simply love old school silver wheels and nothing else works for me as well. I'm going with GT Silver, which of course is a little darker than what's on the R. But hoping the effect will be spot-on.

Oh, as for your reds, I LOVE them! I'm not that bold but I would love to see your car in person. What a treat. Of course, it pays homage to another 911 of some intrinsic value:

Your car is absolutely amazing! WOW! Your car is the sh*t! Outside of a 991R purchase that just about does it man!

Julian, could you take a few pics of the front showing the smile vent ( including a close up) would really appreciate it. Do you know if they used any kind of sealant like silicone around it? Thanks!

Sure I will - car is having the Klien exhaust installed at the moment so it's not with me here but I'll try to find a pic now and upload it with this post.

I see no sealant.....

Hi Julian, did you remove your front parking sensors to get a perfect fit for Rennline mesh grills? In case yes, did you get a CEL after removing the front sensors?
Thanks.

You have inspired me. Seeing that we are on different continents, I figured it was safe to steal your idea.
