If this is part is the stock 991.2 OEM piece has anyone checked if Porsche offers the full array of colors? Suncoast only has a few options. I would consider it if I could match my Pebble Grey with the Porsche crest.

Exclusive Option 991.2 Extended Height Leather Armrest Lid Option
This is a popular upgrade for those with 991.1 models because this armrest unit is not only raised for better comfort, but storage is also increased because of extra height. A new bottom hinge/under lining is needed for this conversion. This is an opportunity to add matching Stitching to the center console area for most 991.1 and 981 models.

Great write up and instructions. I finally got around to doing this, and it was as easy as Shagin suggested. Only thing I screwed up was the clips on the seat belts, as both of them broke on me.
As others have suggested, this is a great opportunity to clean under the rear seats. I found an alarming amount of food crumbs down there considering nobody is supposed to eat in the 911...

Is the extended console lid really worth it?
I have myself been thinking very seriously for a year about putting one of these extended console lids in my 981 but was wondering if it is really worth it. Of course, I love the crest in it but my question is it more comfortable while driving?. Is the extended console softer then the original one?
