Do you tip the enclosed shipping truck driver?

Yes I did.. I used Intercity to transport mine and the driver is very meticulous in every inch of the car before it's loaded.. He pointed out some spots that I would have never seen.

I tip when tipping is part of the persons normal compensation (waitstaff, bellman) or I receive exceptional service from someone who I'm also likely to use again.
Tipping a truck driver for showing up with your car as contracted qualifies as neither.
