That's right! It's NEUN.
I actually thought about 9 ELF which was available in PA.

I considered myself pretty lucky! I lived in Germany for almost 5 years and have a decent grasp on the language. I wonder how long it’ll be before I meet somebody who gets it.

What was your second choice? Didn't realize Colorado was doing personalized plates again, maybe it depends on county.

Combinations like:

9ELF
9ELFER
NEUN11

and was thinking about

GENAU

as a backup.

This one has been in the family for a while... Last name starts with "b" and 8 was my mom's lucky number... her cousin used to run the DMV in MA and gave this to her on her 50th B-day.
In MA you cant get a plate that starts with a number anymore, and hard to come by 3# plates anymore too.

100% true story, 2 years ago at a Red Sox game some guy came up to me in the parking garage and offered me $10K for it because he said he had "777" on his 720s mclaren and wanted this for his 458... Who knows if he would have actually coughed up that much, but I turned him down on the spot, never giving it up

Im in Mass my family had some Long time plates, 454J and 582R. They all have since passed and I let those plates go. Never really knew the significance of the plates, think it was a status thing back in the 70s on the old Sedan De Villes lol

@ebitda_911 Nice

Clearly in your favor

Not an accountant, but do care about it.
