I’ve never had any issues with weight of the bikes. I maybe wouldn’t drive with two 50lb downhill bikes, but these 30lb bikes are totally fine (yep - carbon). The only issue is wind noise, but it’s a small price to pay. I’ve seen different threads on RL state the weight limit is either 145 or 165 lbs, so I’m not totally sure what the actual limit is. Either way - highly recommended!

First day back from having rear bearings done. This is Du Toits Kloof Pass, looking out towards Paarl Mountain (the 2 granite humps), and then Table Mountain beyond. But the foreground isn’t bad either!
