Wow, I believe that's the route you told me about! Thanks again, can't wait!

Here are some recent pictures from a Saturday afternoon drive up Rt 32 and down Rt 29 around Southeastern PA and Central NJ, respectively, along the Delaware River. The drive up Rt 32 is full of twisty backroads with quaint, rustic boutique stores and lodges/inns and little elevation changes. The exact route is on an OS app called GTS Routes.

Very Nice.
Thanks for the tip on the GTS Routes App.
Just downloaded.

Yep, NJ has some great roads, too. Go up above Blairstown, through Hardwick, over towards Newton, and so on - lots of fun roads.

Nice photos! That is my neck of the woods - I drive and bike those roads all the time.

Thanks.

Yes I agree twisty and nice elevation changes which made for a great ride.

I ended up having to use the cruise control when there was LEO following me for a good ten minutes on 29 south!

I am glad you liked the route! There used to be a classic car dealer in New Hope and occasionally dropped in there. Once, I nearly bought a Lotus Elan there, but the wife was afraid of me driving a tiny fiberglas car.

Still have yet to finish it. Went from Washington Crossing to Easton, I am sure it gets better farther North on 611. Will definitely go again.

I am shocked how many great roads are here in NJ, especially having grown up here.

Your wife is wise, I am sure you didn't miss much on that Lotus.

She is a "was", not an "is".

Yep, I heart NJ. Most people think of it as a suburb of New York, but it really is a beautiful state from the mountains in the North to the Pine Barrens and beaches.

Maybe we can get all the local 991 drivers from Southwestern PA/NJ together one weekend!
