Skyline Drive is beautiful, lots of twists and turns, but the speed limit is 35. Right now, there isn't too much traffic and I didn't see any patrols. It's more for touring. However, the ride along 552 from Culpepper to Luray is awesome with its hairpin turns.

We had fun on 522, and then turned on to Skyline Drive at the top of the mountain and drove down to Front Royal. We slide back the sunroof and enjoyed the autumn smells and crisp air.

Yes but when you talk to the owner who happens to be a hot blonde chick, the top (the one of the car, that is), is the least of your concerns!

She used to drive a 911 so hats off to a pretty car freak!

Two more shots of getting the car detailed before I took her out to get her dirty again. In my world that is the circle of life...

Virginia is such a beautiful state! I intend to explore all of it, but glad to have joined the local PCA chapter. I'll be doing some road trips with them next summer.

They also sent me a link last night for an early look at the DC auto show in January. We get in before the gates open for a preview, and Porsche will be there.
