STG991 encouraged me to post my new to me ride. I sold my 996TT back in July and took seven months to find a replacement.

Wet drive back from Miami to New England.





MA RMV isn't known for customer service, but the nice woman who helped me picked a 911 plate out of an un-opened box of plates.

Looking forward to putting some more miles on it as Spring weather rolls over the area.

Really?? The lady at the DMV grabbed a plate with 911 in the second part?? First time I've heard anyone doing that. Awesome.

@zirrah - super happy with the decision to go with gr. Was leaning towards blues, but I couldn't find a sapphire or aqua, and I'm loving the red.

@STG991 - yeah, 7-speed, and yes, that's exactly what she did. I actually saw a 991 plate on the counter, but she went and grabbed a fresh box to find a 911. I couldn't come up with a custom plate that I liked, so this was a nice freebie.
