Default My new Carrera 4 GTS Agate Grey with Aerokit

I picked up this pre-owned 2015 Carrera 4 GTS. My 1st impressions are as follows:

Notable options:
PDK
Sports Exhaust and Sports Chrono
Glass roof with Sunroof
Aerokit Cup front and rear spoilers
painted side spoilers
Alcantra delete
Black Leather
Red sats belts
Illuminated door sills
Sports Design Steering wheel
Seat Ventilation
and some other small and fun goodies
Only thing I would have added would be "back up camera".

- performance:
regular mode, almost boring in the low RPMs, and the car starts to come alive after 4K RPM.
Sports mode: the care feels and sounds great. This is my favourite driving mode. The Sports Exhaust automatically engages in sports and sports + mode. Disengaging the SE here can let you enjoy the performance without irritating the neighbours in a residential community.
Sports +: The beast is awakened!!!! All senses are heightened.
I have not tracked it yet, so don't know the car's full capabilities but I am sure they are more than enough for me!

Sound: The exhaust has a perfect and aggressive rumble. I don't desire an upgrade in exhaust at this point. In sports+, when upshifting and down shifting, it sounds almost F1-ish...

Aesthetics: I walked into the dealer just to look at the car because I love to look at Porsches and was intrigued by the GTS. Agate Grey was not on my "hit list", but the way the care shined in the show room against the black rims and other black trims, I closed a deal that very same day! And, YES, I do see some brown in certain light. The Black rims are (to me) one of the nicest set of rims I have seen on a car, especially from the factory.

general opinion:
Although PDK is fun, I do miss MT (luckily I still have my MT 993).
For an every day car, especially in a city with lots of traffic, I think PDK is the way to go. I still use the pedals which are a blast.

As soon as I bought the car, I started to look into removing the rear aerokit spoiler and replace it with the DUCk, or go back to stock, as I really didn't like it. But I have to say, its starting to grow on me I might just keep it on. The front aerokit lip however changes the entire nose of the car for the better. It gives it a "GT3 little brother" look....I love it.

Thanks for listening

Very nice car. I really like agate grey.
Interestingly I'm adding the aerokit spoiler next week to mine
I'm trying to keep the black grill - we'll see how that goes.
Totally agree with you concerning Sport+ mode. Mine's a manual and I'll admit I don't mind the car doing the blips for me

Nice car, congrats!

Question though, are you still in Montreal? If so wondering why that car has Euro spec front and rear plates... including the Euro spec rear bumper cover. Seems a bit odd but maybe I'm missing something.
