Which wheels might you trade your Sport Technos for?
I'm shopping for a 2013 C2S cab and want to have Sport Techno wheels on it. The selection of cars for sale with those is limited, new ones with tires cost $7k and the availability of used ones on sites like wheel enhancement and ebay is scarce.
So, for those of you with Sport Technos, which other wheel styles would you consider trading yours for, if the condition were right, etc.? Carrera Classic? Carrera S? Carrera S painted platinum? Sport Design?
I have STs on my '14 C4S Cab, and I love the look. I wish they were available on the 991.2. If I decide to do an early termination of my lease, my car will be for sale at some point by some dealer, somewhere. I'm not sure what Porsche does with off lease cars.
The only wheels that would even make me remotely consider replacing the far and away best wheel on the planet, the Sport Technos, would be a set of Fuchs. Those things look awesome on any Porsche.
I love my Sport Techno wheels. I'll always keep them, but, I'd love a set of wheels they put on the 50th. Forget the exact name. Sport Classics??
Yep, Sport Classics are the Fuch 50th anniversary wheel. Love them too. Exact same widths and offsets as the WB Sport Techno wheels. I like the matte black finish more for my car (black cab top) than the semi gloss black ones I have. But I'm pretty happy
